Aduk tepung terigu, tepung oat serta baking powder dalam 1 mangkuk kecil hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan.<br \/>\nKocok mentega bersama dengan gula aren bubuk Mahorahora menggunakan mixer berkecepatan rendah hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan telur, lanjutkan mengocok hingga adonan lembut.<br \/>\n2. Tambahkan campuran tepung terigu, kelapa parut serta almond bubuk ke dalam campuran mentega kocok. Aduk rata menggunakan spatula.<br \/>\n3. Bagi dua adonan, kemudian masing-masing diletakkan di antara 2 lembar kertas roti, ratakan hingga setebal 1\u20442 cm. Letakkan di atas baki kemudian dinginkan dalam kulkas selama 30-40 menit.<br \/>\n4. Panaskan oven 180C. Siapkan loyang datar, alasi dengan kertas roti.<br \/>\nKeluarkan adonan yang telah dingin dari dalam kulkas, kemudian cetak dengan cetakan diameter 6cm. Letakkan di atas loyang yang telah disiapkan, beri jarak 2 cm di antaranya.<br \/>\n5. Panggang dalam oven selama 18 menit. Sementara itu potong kecil dark cooking chocolate, kemudian lelehkan. Sisihkan.<br \/>\n6. Keluarkan cookies dari oven, biarkan sejenak di atas loyang kemudian pindahkan ke atas rak kawat. Biarkan hingga dingin. Olesi bagian bawah cookies dengan coklat leleh, ratakan, kemudian hias dengan baretan garpu. Biarkan coklat membeku.<br \/>\nSimpan dalam wadah kedap udara.<\/p>\n<p>Mudah kan Sahabat?
