Panaskan oven 180C. Siapkan loyang 9x5inch, alasi dengan kertas roti. Sisihkan.<br \/>\n2. Siapkan bahan-bahan. Campurkan tepung terigu, baking powder, baking soda, garam serta vanilli bubuk dalam 1 mangkok. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan.<br \/>\nHaluskan pisang dengan menggunakan garpu, sisihkan.<br \/>\n3. Kocok mentega serta gula aren bubuk Mahorahora dengan menggunakan mixer berkecepatan sedang, hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan telur satu persatu. Pastikan adonan teraduk rata tiap penambahannya. Turunkan kecepatan mixer, kemudian tambahkan campuran terigu dan yogurt secara berselang-seling hingga adonan tercampur rata. Matikan mixer.<br \/>\nTambahkan kismis* aduk dengan spatula hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\n4. Tuang adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah disiapkan. Taburi mix seeds di bagian atasnya. Panggang dalam oven yang telah dipanaskan selama 60 menit.<br \/>\n5. Keluarkan Banana Bread dari oven. Biarkan 10 menit dalam loyang kemudian keluarkan dari loyang dan diamkan sejenak di atas rak kawat. Potong-potong, sajikan.<br \/>\n*taburi kismis dengan sedikit tepung terigu, untuk menghindari kismis tenggelam di bawah adonan saat pemanggangan.<\/p>\n<p>Gimana Sahabat? Mudah kan cara membuatnya.
