Ketan.<br \/>\nKukus ketan setengah matang, kemudian tambahkan campuran santan &amp; garam serta daun pandan. Aduk rata, kemudian kukus kembali hingga matang, sekitar 20 menit. Angkat, sisihkan.<br \/>\n2. Kolak.<br \/>\nKupas pisang kepok, potong menjadi 3-4 bagian. Masak gula aren bubuk Mahorahora bersama dengan santan dan daun pandan sambil ditimba-timba agar santan tidak pecah. Setelah mendidih, tambahkan potongan pisang kepok, masak selama 15 menit, hingga pisang matang. Angkat.<\/p>\n<p>3. Sarikaya.<br \/>\nMasak santan bersama selembar daun pandan, kayu manis dan garam di atas api kecil hingga hangat. Angkat.<br \/>\nCampurkan gula aren cair Mahorahora dengan telur kocok. Aduk hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan santan masak serta larutan maizena. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\nTuang adonan ke dalam pinggan tahan panas, taburi potongan daun pandan, kemudian kukus selama kurang lebih 30 menit hingga matang. Angkat, biarkan dingin sejenak.<\/p>\n<p>4. Sajikan hangat ketan, kolak pisang serta sarikaya dalam mangkok saji.<\/p>\n<p>Gimana Sahabat?
