Yuk simak resep lengkapnya \ud83d\ude01<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Ingredients :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>500 gr tempe<br \/>\n5 sdm minyak goreng<br \/>\n3 lembar daun salam<br \/>\n2 batang serai<br \/>\n8 lembar daun jeruk<br \/>\n750 ml santan<br \/>\n50 gr gula aren bubuk Mahorahora<br \/>\n15-20 tusuk sate (rendam dalam air, tiriskan)<\/p>\n<p>Bumbu Halus<br \/>\n6 butir kemiri, sangrai<br \/>\n1 sdm ketumbar, sangria<br \/>\n5 cabai merah besar<br \/>\n12 butir bawang merah<br \/>\n5 siung bawang putih<br \/>\n6 lembar daun jeruk, iris halus<br \/>\n3 cm kunyit<br \/>\n3 cm jahe<br \/>\n2 sdt garam<br \/>\n2 sdt air asam jawa<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Steps :<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-7115\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-819x1024.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"800\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-819x1024.png 819w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-600x750.png 600w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-240x300.png 240w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-768x961.png 768w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-40x50.png 40w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2-1228x1536.png 1228w, https:\/\/www.mahorahora.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/resep-sate-tempe-2.png 1500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><br \/>\n1. Potong-potong tempe ukuran 3x3x2cm. Sisihkan.<br \/>\n2. Panaskan minyak goreng dalam wajan, tumis bumbu halus, kemudian masukkan daun salam, serai dan daun jeruk, aduk terus hingga harum.<br \/>\n3. Masukkan santan dan gula aren bubuk Mahorahora, aduk hingga tercampur rata. Tambahkan potongan tempe, aduk hingga tercampur. Kecilkan api, tutup wajan, masak terus dengan cara diungkep selama 30 menit hingga bumbu meresap dan mengental. Angkat. Biarkan dingin.<br \/>\n4. Tusukkan tempe berbumbu dengan tusuk sate, 3-4 potong pertusuk hingga seluruh bahan habis.<br \/>\n5. Panggang di atas pemanggang yang telah dipanaskan, hingga aroma bumbu keluar dan matang. Angkat, sajikan dengan sambal kecap serta taburan bawang goreng.<\/p>\n<p>Mudah kan?
