Panaskan air dalam kukusan.<br \/>\n2. Bersihkan kabocha, lubangi bagian atasnya kira-kira diameter 5 cm, kemudian bersihkan bagian dalamnya, buang biji &amp; pulp\/ampasnya. Sisihkan.<br \/>\n3. Kocok 5 butir telur hingga sedikit berbuih, kemudian masukkan gula aren bubuk Mahorahora. Kocok dengan mixer kecepatan rendah hingga tercampur rata, kemudian tambahkan garam dan santan kental. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.<br \/>\n4. Tuangkan campuran custard ke dalam kabocha hingga terisi penuh.<br \/>\n5. Kukus kabocha selama kurang lebih 40 menit atau hingga custard matang.<br \/>\n6. Keluarkan dari kukusan dan biarkan hingga dingin. Potong-potong sangkaya, sajikan hangat atau dingin.<\/p>\n<p>Gimana? Mudah bukan?
