Sisihkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Tiriskan kacang merah dari air perendamnya. Panaskan air di atas api sedang, masukkan kacang merah dan 50 gr gula aren bubuk Mahorahora. Rebus hingga gula aren larut dan air terserap habis. Angkat.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sisihkan beberapa kacang merah utuh untuk hiasan, kemudian gerus kasar sisanya menggunakan bagian belakang garpu. Sisihkan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Campurkan susu cair, agar-agar bubuk dan gula aren Mahorahora di atas panci hingga agar-agar larut. Jerang panci di atas api sedang. Campurkan sedikit campuran agar-agar hangat dengan kuning telur, aduk rata, kemudian masukkan dalam panci berisi campuran agar-agar. Aduk hingga rata &amp; mendidih.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambahkan kacang merah gerus, aduk rata, kemudian angkat panci dari atas kompor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Tambahkan krim kental, aduk hingga rata. Tuang adonan agar-agar ke dalam cetakan yang telah disiapkan. Biarkan hingga mengeras.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Keluarkan puding dari cetakan, atau dapat pula disajikan di gelas puding.
