Panaskan oven 180C. Siapkan loyang loaf ukuran 5&#215;9 inch. Alasi dengan kertas roti. Sisihkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. Campurkan bahan-bahan kering; tepung terigu, gula aren bubuk Mahorahora dan oatmeal dalam satu mangkok berukuran besar. Aduk hingga tercampur rata, sisihkan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3. Campurkan bahan-bahan basah, telur, mentega cair dan susu cair dalam mangkok sedang. Aduk hingga tercampur rata.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4. Tuangkan campuran bahan basah ke dalam mangkok berisi bahan kering. Aduk secukupnya. Masukkan kismis ke dalam adonan, aduk kembali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5. Tuangkan \u00bd bagian adonan ke dalam loyang yang telah disiapkan. Taburi topping di atasnya, kemudian tuang sisa \u00bd bagian adonan di atasnya. Taburi 2 sdm oat di atasnya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6. Panggang hingga matang dalam oven selama 50-55 menit. Angkat kemudian biarkan dingin di atas rak kawat.
